Send the hotel’s full name, street address and postcode, together with the lead passenger’s name and a working contact number. Some hotel groups have several London properties, so the address matters as much as the name. Be ready at the agreed collection time and ask the concierge to bring stored luggage out in advance. If the entrance or vehicle access is unusual, share the hotel’s instructions before travel.

Provide your cruise ship, sailing date, terminal and the check-in window shown on your cruise documents. We use these details when agreeing your London departure. The drive, traffic approaching the port and the cruise line’s boarding process all need time. Arriving very early does not necessarily mean you can board earlier; follow the cruise line’s instructions and tell us about any revised boarding arrangements.
Confirm the terminal for your sailing
Southampton has City, Horizon, Mayflower, Ocean and QEII cruise terminals. Your cruise line confirms the terminal for your particular sailing. Terminal allocations can change, so forward any updates to us before travel. A previous journey on the same ship or cruise line is not a substitute for the current sailing details.
Cruise luggage and the right vehicle class
Count checked suitcases, wheeled cabin bags and smaller bags separately. Include pushchairs, child-seat requests and mobility equipment in the same message. Hard-shell and extra-large cases can require more space than a simple bag count suggests. An Executive Van may be a practical choice for cruise luggage even when the party is small. Travelling together from different London hotels
If your party is staying at more than one address, send each collection point and the number of passengers and bags at each stop. Multiple collections change the route and timing and should be agreed before booking. For larger parties, separate vehicles may be more suitable; we can discuss how to coordinate their departure and arrival.
Southampton cruise pickup for your return to London
Share the ship name, disembarkation date, allocated time to leave the ship and full London destination. The ship’s arrival time is not the same as the time you will be outside with your cases. Let us know whether you will carry your own luggage off or collect it through the cruise line’s arrangements. We agree a collection plan around your expected readiness and provide meeting instructions for the terminal.

If part of your group is still inside, let us know before moving to the collection point. Follow the meeting instructions in your confirmation; if you cannot locate your chauffeur, call or message us before walking to another terminal.
London sightseeing, onward flights and extra stops
A direct Southampton-to-London transfer does not include sightseeing time. Send any proposed stop at Windsor, Stonehenge or another attraction before booking so the itinerary, waiting time and fare can be reviewed. Tickets and guides are separate unless expressly included. If you have an onward flight, rail departure or timed appointment, share that deadline before planning stops.

Yes. Send the full hotel address and postcode, passenger count and luggage details. Share any entrance or concierge collection instructions before travel.
How early should we leave London for Southampton?
We plan collection using your exact London address, date and the cruise line’s check-in window. Traffic and port access can affect the journey, so there is no single departure time suitable for every sailing.
Can you pick up friends from another hotel?
Send all addresses and passenger and luggage numbers for each stop. Additional collections need to be included in the agreed route, timing and fare.
Will we be collected as soon as the ship arrives?
Collection is planned around when you expect to have disembarked and collected your luggage. Share the cruise line’s disembarkation arrangements; the published ship arrival time alone is not a passenger pickup time.
Can we travel to Heathrow instead of a London hotel on the return?
Yes, but confirm that destination before booking. Send your flight, terminal and departure time so we can review the collection plan. An airport terminal and an airport hotel are different destinations.
Can we add sightseeing to the return journey?
Ask for an itinerary quote before booking, with your chosen stops, tickets and onward deadlines. Sightseeing time and additional mileage are not automatically included in a direct transfer.
