Hourly Chauffeur Service in London
Arrange hourly chauffeur hire for London meetings, shopping and private travel. Share your schedule, passenger numbers and vehicle preference.
One vehicle for your planned schedule
Share the starting address, date, required duration and intended stops. Hourly hire can suit business appointments, shopping or a flexible day with several destinations. Your agreed booking explains the duration, mileage allowance and collection arrangements.
Keeping changes straightforward
If your schedule changes or you need more time, contact the team so availability and any additional charges can be confirmed. Trips outside London, substantial mileage and special access arrangements should be included in the original request. A chauffeur provides transport; a guide is a separate service.
Business meetings and financial roadshows
Send the appointment addresses, start times and expected duration at each stop. Include the lead passenger or organiser’s contact details and any access instructions. A clear schedule helps plan the order of stops and realistic travel gaps; hourly hire does not remove the effect of London traffic on a tightly timed itinerary.
Shopping, dining and personal travel
For a day with several stops, give your starting address, intended area and final destination. Tell us about shopping bags, existing luggage and the number of people travelling. Agree how to contact the chauffeur and where to meet after each stop, rather than relying on the vehicle remaining outside an entrance where stopping may be restricted.
Duration, mileage and additional time
The published service offers bookings from four hours. Your quotation should specify the booked start and finish, mileage allowance, area of travel and rate for any agreed extension. Travel outside the planned area, extra mileage, parking and a later finish should be reviewed with the team. Additional time depends on availability and is not automatically included.
Choose the class for your whole day
An Executive Saloon can suit individual business travel or a small party; an Executive MPV / V-Class can suit groups with more luggage. Confirm passenger and luggage requirements before choosing. Vehicle class describes the category requested; a specific model or special amenity should be agreed in your confirmation.
A simple plan for changes
Share amendments as soon as you know them, including a changed address or delayed appointment. Confirm whether the new itinerary fits the booked time and allowance. Keep important deadlines, such as flights or ticketed admissions, visible in the original schedule so the whole day can be planned around them.
Choose a vehicle for your passengers and luggage
Share the passenger count and the number and size of your suitcases, including pushchairs or other bulky items. Our team can help check vehicle suitability. View the fleet before choosing your vehicle.

When does the booked time begin?
Use the start time and collection arrangements stated in your quotation and confirmation. Ask the team to clarify the start and finish before accepting the booking.
Is mileage unlimited?
Do not assume unlimited mileage. Your quotation sets out the mileage allowance and how additional mileage is charged.
Can we extend the booking on the day?
Contact the team to check availability and the additional charge. An extension is confirmed only once agreed.
Is the chauffeur also a sightseeing guide?
The chauffeur provides transport. A professional guide or attraction admission is a separate arrangement unless expressly included in your quotation.
Can we leave bags in the vehicle between stops?
Discuss this with the team before booking, particularly if the vehicle will wait with you. Keep passports, valuables and items you need during the stop with you; do not assume unattended storage is included.
