If your cruise line sends a terminal change, forward it to us so the collection or drop-off plan can be updated.

For a same-day Heathrow arrival, share the flight details and the cruise line’s check-in window and final boarding deadline before booking. The connection must allow for passport control, baggage collection, airport meeting time and the road journey. Flight tracking helps us coordinate collection but cannot protect a sailing from a major flight disruption. If you are still choosing flights, consider arriving the day before to give your plans more room.
Arriving the day before your cruise
We can arrange a transfer from Heathrow to a Southampton hotel, with a separate hotel-to-terminal journey on sailing day if requested. Tell us both hotel and cruise details. A transfer to a hotel does not automatically include a later port journey; each leg, pickup time and fare should be confirmed in your booking.
Choosing your vehicle for cruise luggage
Cruise passengers often travel with checked cases as well as wheeled cabin bags. Count both, including overnight bags, pushchairs and mobility equipment. Send the sizes of large hard-shell cases rather than only the total number of bags. For a small party with several large cases, an Executive Van may be more practical than a saloon. If you cannot locate the vehicle, call or message our operations team before walking to another terminal or collection area. Tell us if members of your party are still inside, so we can coordinate one collection for the whole group.
Onward flights, airport hotels and additional stops
For a return to Heathrow, send the airline, terminal and flight departure time so the plan allows for airport check-in and the drive. A Heathrow airport hotel and a passenger terminal are different destinations; provide the hotel’s exact address if that is your stop. Sightseeing, shopping or additional hotel collections should be requested in advance and included in the agreed itinerary and fare.
