London to Oxford or Cambridge Private Transfers
Arrange a private London to Oxford or Cambridge transfer for hotels, university visits or meetings. Choose your destination, vehicle and journey details.
Two destinations, individually planned journeys
Oxford and Cambridge are separate routes. Choose the city you need and provide the full destination address for your fare. We arrange private point-to-point travel for hotel stays, university appointments, family visits and business meetings in either direction.
Adding time to explore
A direct transfer does not include sightseeing time or a guided tour. If you want your chauffeur to wait, visit multiple locations or return later, send your itinerary for a tailored quote. Attraction tickets, opening times and any guide arrangements need to be organised separately unless expressly included.
Oxford university visits and hotel transfers
For a college appointment, give the college or department name, full address and appointment time. Oxford University is spread across different locations; a general city-centre destination may not be your appointment entrance. For sightseeing, check the college’s own visitor information, opening hours and admission arrangements before planning your visit.
Cambridge meetings and university visits
Send the exact college, department, hotel or business address for your Cambridge transfer. Tell us whether you have an appointment or a timed visit and whether you need to return to London. Allow time between arriving in the city and reaching your meeting entrance, especially if the final approach involves walking.
Direct transfer, return trip or a day with a chauffeur
Choose a one-way transfer, two separately scheduled journeys, or a quoted itinerary with waiting time. These are different booking arrangements. For a day trip, share the stops and how long you want at each location. Visiting both Oxford and Cambridge requires its own itinerary and quote; it is not included in a transfer to either city.
Collection after your visit
Agree a return time and practical meeting point before you leave the vehicle. Keep your phone available, particularly when visiting pedestrian areas or buildings with several entrances. If an appointment runs late, contact the team so the collection and any extra waiting can be reviewed.
Luggage, children and accessibility
Tell us about suitcases, pushchairs, child seats and mobility equipment as well as passenger numbers. For university move-in travel, list boxes and other large items in advance. A passenger seat count alone does not establish whether everything will fit safely.
Choose a vehicle for your passengers and luggage
Share the passenger count and the number and size of your suitcases, including pushchairs or other bulky items. Our team can help check vehicle suitability. View the fleet before choosing your vehicle.

Does this booking include both cities?
No. Select Oxford or Cambridge for a point-to-point transfer. A trip covering both destinations needs a separate itinerary and quotation.
Are college tickets or a tour guide included?
They are separate unless your written quotation expressly includes them. Check visitor admission and any appointment requirements with the college or attraction.
Can the chauffeur wait during a meeting?
Request waiting or hourly hire before booking and share your expected meeting duration. Waiting is not automatically included in a direct transfer.
Can you collect us in Oxford or Cambridge for London?
Yes. Provide the exact pickup address, required time and London destination for the return journey.
Can we take luggage for a university stay?
Send the number and dimensions of suitcases, boxes and other items so the team can review the appropriate vehicle class.
