Send the event name, date, venue, ticket or hospitality details and where you are staying. We review the proposed collection, venue access and return arrangements for your particular booking. Event traffic and temporary restrictions can affect the route and where vehicles are permitted to stop.
Attractions, sightseeing and return travel
For Stonehenge, studio tours or a multi-stop day, share your timed tickets and intended itinerary before booking. We agree the transport schedule and waiting arrangements. Tickets and guided tours are not included unless your written quotation specifically says so. Your confirmed plan explains how to contact us and meet the chauffeur for the return.
Silverstone transfers: plan for the specific event
Tell us the race or event name, date and ticket or hospitality entrance. Silverstone access arrangements differ between events, and the British Grand Prix can have separate traffic and private-hire collection rules. We review the organiser’s instructions for your event when planning the journey. The agreed meeting plan should identify the permitted drop-off and return area, any shuttle or walking stage and how to contact the chauffeur.
Ascot, Wimbledon and other major events
Send the exact venue, event day and enclosure, hospitality or entrance details. Check ticket conditions, admission times, bag policies and any dress requirements with the organiser. Share relevant instructions with us so the transport plan matches your booking. A hospitality ticket does not automatically give a chauffeur vehicle access to a restricted area.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London transfers
Use the studio address and admission time on your ticket when requesting transport. The Studio Tour is at Leavesden, rather than central London. Share your planned visit duration and whether you want a separate return collection or the chauffeur to wait. Admission tickets are a separate purchase unless specifically included in the written quote.
Stonehenge and a private sightseeing itinerary
Share timed admission details and any other stops, such as Windsor or Bath, before booking. Plan time for the attraction visit as well as the road journey. Stonehenge has its own visitor access arrangements; a private vehicle transfer does not mean driving to the stones themselves. Tickets, specialist access and a tour guide need separate confirmation.
Your return collection after an event
Agree the return time and meeting location before arrival, and keep the confirmation available on your phone. Large crowds and traffic controls can affect the final approach to the vehicle. If you cannot locate the chauffeur, use the agreed contact number and meeting instructions before moving to a different gate. Discuss a later finish with the team so availability and any extra charges can be confirmed.
What to send for a useful quotation
Include your pickup and final addresses, event and date, ticket time, intended return time, passenger numbers and luggage. Tell us about children, mobility requirements and equipment. Specify whether you want direct transfers or a vehicle booked for the day; the quote will explain the agreed waiting, parking and additional-time arrangements.

Do you provide event tickets?
Transport does not include tickets, hospitality or attraction admission unless your written quotation expressly says so. Organise admission before finalising a timed transport schedule.
Can the chauffeur collect us from the main gate?
Collection depends on the event’s permitted vehicle areas and current access controls. Your confirmation should identify the agreed meeting arrangement for your event, rather than assume main-gate access.
Will the vehicle stay throughout the event?
Only if waiting or day hire has been agreed. Separate outward and return transfers do not automatically include a vehicle waiting at the venue.
What happens if the event finishes late?
Contact the team as soon as you know the expected change. We can review the return plan, availability and any additional charges.
Can we combine sightseeing with an airport transfer?
Send your proposed stops, timed tickets and flight deadline for an itinerary quote. This needs a timing review and is not included in a direct airport transfer.
Can you help plan travel for guests at different hotels?
Send all collection addresses, passenger numbers and arrival deadlines. The team can review an appropriate vehicle and collection schedule before quoting.
