Choose the class that fits your journey

Vehicle class describes the type of travel you book. Share your passenger and luggage details so we can check the right fit before you travel.

Executive Saloon vehicle class example

Executive Saloon

Example models: Mercedes-Benz EQE or E-Class, or BMW 5 Series

An executive saloon class for airport transfers, hotel journeys and business travel. Share the size and number of checked cases and cabin bags so we can check boot space for your party.

Luxury Saloon vehicle class example

Luxury Saloon

Example models: Mercedes-Benz EQS or S-Class, or BMW 7 Series

A refined saloon class for business travel, private occasions and a comfortable passenger cabin. Large cases and bulky items still need a luggage check; a luxury class does not automatically mean a larger boot.

Executive Van

Example models: Mercedes-Benz V-Class

A practical choice for families, groups and cruise travel with several suitcases. Seating layout and luggage space depend on the assigned vehicle, so send your full case count before booking.

Tell us what you are bringing

Please include all passengers, large and medium suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs, wheelchairs and other bulky items. A photo of your luggage can help our team check the space required.

Passenger seats and luggage space must be considered together. Case dimensions, child seats and the vehicle layout can affect what fits. If you are unsure, ask us before paying so we can recommend a suitable class or discuss an additional vehicle.

Model names and photographs illustrate the class. The assigned model is confirmed for your booking; any specific model request should be agreed in advance.

Luggage planning for airports, cruises and families

For airport and cruise journeys, we check the whole travelling party: checked cases, wheeled cabin bags, smaller bags and any equipment. Send these details together so your pickup is planned around the space you actually need.

When an Extra Long V-Class helps

For families and cruise passengers carrying several cases, the Extra Long body can provide useful luggage space behind the passenger seats. Mercedes-Benz lists an overall length of 5.37 metres for the Extra Long V-Class.

1,410 litres

Mercedes-Benz’s published Extra Long V-Class boot-capacity range starts at 1,410 litres. This is a model specification, not a luggage allowance for every van booking. The assigned vehicle, seat positions, case shapes and total load determine what fits.

We plan luggage space with the passenger seats needed for your booking. The much larger maximum load-space figures published for expanded configurations should not be used to promise capacity on a fully seated passenger transfer.

Executive and Luxury Saloons

The model matters as well as the class

Different models within a saloon class have different boot shapes and openings. A premium passenger cabin does not necessarily provide more luggage space. Tell us what you are carrying rather than choosing only by the model name.

An independent Mercedes EQE packing test illustrates why this matters: the tester fitted a mix of cases, but the final overnight bag was compressed and would not have fitted in the same way if full. A tightly packed test is not a suitable promise for every passenger’s luggage.

For several large hard-shell cases, a van may be the better option even for a small party. We can review the bags and suggest a suitable class before you travel.

Describe your bags clearly

These are example sizes to help describe your luggage, not airline baggage limits. Measure your own bags and include wheels and handles.

Cabin bag

Around 55 × 40 × 20 cm

Count wheeled cabin cases separately from handbags and small backpacks.

Medium suitcase

Around 66 × 45 × 25 cm

Give the outside measurements, including wheels and handles.

Large suitcase

Around 76 × 50 × 30 cm

Large hard-shell cases need more space than medium cases.

Extra-large or bulky item

Measure your own item

Send dimensions for oversized cases, golf bags, pushchairs and mobility equipment.

Cruise luggage

Include every checked suitcase and cabin case for each passenger. If you are staying in London before or after the cruise, include bags left at the hotel and any additional collection stops in your request.

Family travel

A pushchair, child seat and changing bag are part of the vehicle plan. Send the children’s ages and your seat requests, together with the folded pushchair dimensions, so seating and luggage can be reviewed together.

Sports and bulky items

Golf bags, equipment cases and mobility aids need a separate check. Send a photo and dimensions before booking. We will discuss the vehicle arrangement with you rather than leaving the fit to pickup day.

Your luggage questions

Does every Executive Van have an extra-long body?

The van class alone does not confirm the body length. If your luggage needs an Extra Long V-Class, tell us before booking so the vehicle and its availability can be checked.

Can you fit eight large suitcases?

Send the measurements of your cases, passenger count and any additional bags. Eight medium cases and eight extra-large cases take very different amounts of space. We review the full load before confirming suitability.

What if we have more luggage on the return journey?

Let us know before your return pickup, especially if you have bought additional cases or shopping. We can review your vehicle requirements and discuss alternatives while there is time to arrange them.

Can we bring a wheelchair or pushchair?

Tell us whether it folds and provide its folded dimensions. Include any assistance you need and any child-seat requests. We will confirm whether the proposed vehicle and arrangements suit your journey.

How do we send a luggage photo?

Place all cases, cabin bags and bulky items together and send a clear photo through WhatsApp. Add the passenger count and the dimensions of any unusually large items. Our team can then review the complete requirement.
