University visits and city-centre addresses
Use the full college or department address for admissions visits, graduations or academic meetings. The Bodleian Libraries and Radcliffe Square are useful landmarks when planning a visit, but visitor entry and tours must be booked separately where required. Tell us your appointment time and any access instructions so the road journey can be planned around them.
Heathrow to Oxford and return travel
For a Heathrow arrival, provide the flight number and terminal for landside meet and greet. For a return flight, provide your Oxford pickup address and airline schedule. A direct private journey avoids moving luggage between connections; the departure time still needs an allowance for road conditions and airport check-in.

Can the car drop me at a particular Oxford college?+
Provide the college name and entrance address. Vehicle access varies, so we agree a suitable permitted drop-off point rather than promising access inside college grounds.
Are Bodleian or college tickets included?+
No. The booking is for transport. Book admissions and guided visits separately, and check your itinerary with us before purchasing timed entry.
Can I return to London later the same day?+
Yes, a return or waiting itinerary can be quoted. Include your expected finish time, any stops and the final destination.
