For Stansted, Heathrow or Luton collections, include your flight number, terminal where relevant and Cambridge destination. For departures, plan the pickup around your airline’s check-in guidance. If your party is arriving on different flights, tell us whether everyone will gather for one transfer or needs separate collections.

A private day itinerary can include a drop-off for punting or a visit to the city’s colleges, subject to access and timing. Book activities and admissions directly with their providers. Our service supplies the vehicle and driver; guided tours and punting tickets are separate. Agree the return meeting point and time before leaving the car.
