Your booking confirmation will explain the agreed meeting point. Large London stations have several exits, and vehicle access varies, so please follow those instructions rather than choosing an exit yourself. Keep your phone available after arrival and contact our team if you cannot find the meeting point. Any assistance needed inside the station should be discussed before booking.
What train details should I provide, and what happens if it is delayed?+
Provide your arrival station, travel date, scheduled arrival time, departure station and train number or service details where available. For Eurostar, allow time to leave the arrivals area with your luggage. If your train is delayed or your service changes, contact us promptly so we can review the pickup arrangements. Waiting allowances and any additional charges are explained in your booking confirmation.
Can you accommodate our luggage and take us to an airport or cruise port?+
Yes. We arrange onward transfers to London airports, Southampton, Dover and other destinations by agreement. Tell us the passenger count and number and size of all bags so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. Mention pushchairs, mobility equipment and child-seat requirements in advance. For an onward flight or cruise, also provide your departure or boarding time so the connection can be reviewed before booking.
