What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?+
We monitor your flight when you provide the flight number and adjust the collection plan around your arrival. Please contact us if your flight number changes, you are moved to another flight or the journey is cancelled. Flight delays and extra time spent inside the terminal are different situations; your confirmation explains the pickup arrangements and waiting allowance.
What if my baggage is delayed or I'm held up at passport control?+
Please contact our team by phone or WhatsApp as soon as you know you are delayed. We will coordinate with your driver and explain the available arrangements. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting under the agreed booking terms. Your confirmation explains when this allowance starts. Additional waiting and parking charges may apply beyond the included allowance.
Are all airport parking fees, tolls, and congestion charges included?+
Your fare is agreed before you book, with the included airport charges, parking and any applicable road charges explained in your quote or booking confirmation. If you need additional waiting, extra stops or a change to your journey, we’ll help arrange it and explain any additional cost before you decide. Extra airport parking may apply if your collection takes longer than the included allowance. If you’re unsure about anything, contact us—we’re happy to explain your complete journey price.
