North or South Terminal: confirm before travelling
Check your terminal with the airline or Gatwick’s flight information before booking. The airport has a free inter-terminal shuttle, and its railway station is at South Terminal. For a private transfer, confirm where your flight arrives so the chauffeur’s meeting instructions match your terminal. Do not switch terminals to meet the car unless our team has agreed this.
Gatwick to London and the cruise ports
Use your full London hotel or postcode when checking a fare, including the correct entrance where a property has more than one. Southampton and Dover connections can also be planned. For airport-to-cruise travel, provide the ship and boarding deadline; for a port collection, provide the disembarkation plan and a working contact number.

Luggage and departure planning
An executive van is useful for families and groups with more luggage, but the exact bags and passenger numbers still need checking. Tell us about pushchairs and child-seat requirements. For departures, follow your airline’s check-in advice and allow for the road journey rather than treating an estimated driving time as a guaranteed arrival.

Yes. Enter North or South Terminal and your flight number. Your landside meeting instructions are confirmed for the terminal used by your flight.
Should I take the shuttle to meet my chauffeur?+
Usually your collection is arranged at your arrival terminal. Only change terminals if this has been agreed with our team; Gatwick’s shuttle connects North and South for passengers who need it.
Can I book Gatwick to Southampton or Dover?+
These transfers can be arranged. Share your ship, terminal, required arrival time and luggage so we can check the itinerary.
Can I add a return transfer to Gatwick?+
Yes. Provide the return pickup address, date, time and departure flight details. If your itinerary includes stops, ask for a tailored quotation.
