Pickup and onward travel
Pickup, daily hotel starts and final drop-off are agreed as part of your programme. This is not continuous 24-hour vehicle availability. Provide your pickup address and preferred time. We agree the meeting point, final destination and any fixed travel deadline before confirming.
Your vehicle and chauffeur
Executive Saloon: suited to couples or a small party travelling light; Mercedes E-Class or EQE are examples. Executive Van: suited to families, groups and additional luggage; Mercedes V-Class or Vito are examples. The actual model, seats and luggage fit are confirmed for your booking. Tell us the number and sizes of bags, any pushchair, child-seat needs or mobility equipment. A seat count alone does not confirm luggage space. Vehicles are chauffeur-driven and air-conditioned; a wheelchair-accessible vehicle must be requested and separately confirmed. Professional chauffeur-driven transport, not a guided tour. Your chauffeur handles driving, meeting points and agreed transport; general local knowledge varies. You explore attractions independently.

Attraction tickets are separate. Check official availability for your date and coordinate entry with our team.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are provided with your written quotation before payment. They depend on the confirmed transport and any separately agreed arrangements. Attraction tickets and hotels have their own terms; review those before purchasing.

Changes require confirmation and may affect availability, itinerary or price. We agree changes and any additional payment before proceeding.

How much walking is involved?
Read each stop for the expected visit and walking. Tell us about mobility needs before booking so we can assess drop-off points, distances and attraction access; the chauffeur does not accompany you as a walking guide.
Are these times guaranteed?
This sample programme has 3 days, with daily hours and overnight locations agreed in writing. Stop lengths are our planning suggestions, not attraction recommendations or guaranteed driving times. We confirm the route and any extra-time charges before payment.
Are hotels included?
Your hotels and meals are separate unless expressly stated. We agree daily hours, overnight locations, driver rest and any driver accommodation costs in the written quote.
Is a tour guide included?
No. Your chauffeur handles private transport and may share general local knowledge, which varies by driver. You explore attractions independently.
Are attraction tickets included?
No, unless explicitly stated in your agreed quote. Check availability and coordinate admission with us before purchasing tickets.
Can I choose different stops?
Send your ideas before booking. We review the route and confirm any revised itinerary, availability and price.
How do I choose a vehicle?
Tell us your travellers, luggage sizes, children and any mobility needs. We confirm a suitable vehicle and arrangements.
Where does my journey finish?
The final destination is agreed before booking. A hotel return, airport drop-off or cruise-terminal destination can require different timings and prices.
