Many services advertise fixed pricing, then quietly add surcharges for waiting time, tolls, or 'peak' periods. A genuinely fixed fare accounts for all of this before the vehicle is confirmed.
We build a waiting allowance directly into every airport transfer, and disclose any toll or congestion charge at the time of quote — never afterward.
If a fare can change after you have already committed to it, it was never really fixed.
