Flexible, secure ways to pay
Send your journey request first. We check the route, vehicle, luggage and price, then issue a confirmed quote or booking reference before asking for payment.
Bank transfer or Pay by Bank
Often suitable for UK companies, repeat customers and larger confirmed bookings. Official payment instructions are sent only after the journey details and total price are agreed.
Secure card payment link
Pay online by debit or credit card through a secure payment provider. VIP Transfers LTD does not ask you to type card details into this booking form or send them by message.
Cash by prior agreement
Cash may be available for selected journeys, but it must be agreed and confirmed in writing before pickup. Some bookings may require advance payment.

Booking Confirmation:
All bookings must be confirmed via email or WhatsApp after submission. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us.
Waiting Time Policy:
Airport pickups: 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time. Additional waiting charges may apply afterward.
Other pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting time, after which additional charges may apply.
Flight Delays:
We monitor flights and adjust pickup times accordingly. However, if your flight is canceled or significantly delayed, please inform us as soon as possible.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Free cancellations up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
Luggage Policy:
Please ensure you select the correct vehicle type based on your luggage needs. If unsure, contact us for guidance.
Child Seats:
Child seats are available upon request. Please specify at the time of booking.
Payment Options:
After your quote is confirmed, we may offer UK bank transfer or Pay by Bank, a secure debit or credit card payment link, or cash by prior written agreement. We do not collect card details on this website. Your confirmed quote will show the full amount payable, with no separate consumer card surcharge.
No-Show Policy:
If the driver arrives at the pickup location and the passenger is unresponsive after the waiting period, the booking will be marked as a "No Show" and may be non-refundable.
