Before you start

  • Check all expiry dates before uploading.
  • Make sure vehicle registration matches your PHV licence, MOT and insurance.
  • Applications are reviewed by management before approval.

This checklist helps avoid delays. Missing, unreadable or expired documents may be returned for correction.

1. Driver details

  • DVLA driving licence
  • PCO / private hire paper licence or badge
  • National Insurance number
  • Email address and mobile number
  • Driver selfie for identity check

2. Vehicle documents

  • V5C log book
  • PHV vehicle licence certificate
  • MOT certificate
  • Hire & Reward insurance
  • Vehicle registration details

3. Photos and bank details

  • Front photo of vehicle
  • Back photo of vehicle
  • Interior photo
  • Bank account holder name
  • Sort code and account number
Important: Uploading documents does not mean automatic approval. VIP Transfers LTD checks validity, expiry dates, vehicle details and suitability before adding any driver to the active network.
