Clear planning before confirmation
A chauffeur remains allocated to you — without an unrealistic gate-side promise
For an hourly or full-day booking, your chauffeur and vehicle remain reserved for your party. That does not mean the vehicle can park outside the gates all day. Depending on the access supplied with your ticket, the driver may use official pre-booked parking or wait at a suitable legal off-site location before returning to the authorised collection area.
Important: A VIP, hospitality, Debenture or Show Court ticket does not automatically include chauffeur parking. A drop-off and pick-up pass and a parking pass are different permissions. Please send us the exact travel instructions supplied with your ticket or hospitality package.

Ticket access, DOPU and parking are not the same thing
DOPU or vehicle access pass
A Drop-Off and Pick-Up pass may allow an authorised chauffeur car through checkpoints to the stated set-down or collection point. It does not necessarily permit parking or all-day waiting.
Official parking pass
Parking must be separately included or purchased and normally linked to the correct vehicle details. The pass instructions, car park and registration process must be confirmed before travel.

How booked chauffeur time works
- The booking starts at the confirmed passenger pickup time.
- Travel, traffic, waiting and the time the vehicle remains reserved all count within the booked period.
- The booking ends after the final destination when the chauffeur is released.
- Match finishing times are not guaranteed and can be affected by play, weather, security and crowd controls.
- Extra time is subject to driver availability and charged at the rate agreed in writing.
- Parking, tolls or access costs are included only when clearly stated in the quotation.

Collection after the tennis
We agree an initial collection plan and remain in contact by phone or WhatsApp. When your party is preparing to leave, tell the chauffeur which gate or hospitality exit you are using. The final meeting point depends on your pass, pedestrian controls, traffic marshals and the arrangements operating at that time.
Passengers should not expect the vehicle to be waiting immediately outside their exit gate. The chauffeur approaches the agreed authorised point once the group is ready and it is legally and operationally possible.

Can my chauffeur wait at Wimbledon all day?
Your chauffeur and vehicle can remain allocated to your party throughout the booked period, but the vehicle cannot simply wait outside the gates or on restricted nearby roads. Unless official parking is confirmed, the driver waits at a suitable legal off-site location and returns for collection.
Does a Wimbledon VIP or hospitality ticket include parking?
Not automatically. Ticket, hospitality, Debenture, drop-off and parking arrangements are separate. Customers should check their package and send any parking or drop-off pass instructions before the vehicle is confirmed.
What is a Wimbledon DOPU pass?

Match and exit times are not guaranteed. Additional time is subject to driver availability and is charged at the agreed additional hourly rate. We remain in contact by phone or WhatsApp to coordinate the final collection point.
Can you provide Heathrow to Wimbledon transfers?
Yes. We offer pre-booked transfers from Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, London hotels and private addresses, with saloon and executive van options subject to passenger and luggage requirements.
